For 1,5 liter
- ½ pineapple
- 150 grams cranberries (fresh and uncooked)
- ½ vanilla pod
- ½ liter pineapple juice
Peel the pineapple, cut into cubes and put it in the blender with the cranberries and the pineapple juice.
Split the vanilla pod lengthwise with the tip of a knife and scrape out the content and put it in the blender. Blend it for about 2 minutes and your Christmas smoothie is ready to serve.
