For about 650-800 ml
- 145 grams raw seeds
- cold water
Cover the seeds with water and let it soak for at least 4 hours, then drain and rinse the seeds in cold water. Put it in a blender with the water and blend it for about 2 minutes (use one part seeds to 3 or 4 parts water, depends on the thickness of the milk you want to achieve).
Sieve through a cheesecloth and push the milk out and your seeds milk is ready.
