  • 1 avocado
  • 170 grams mango (frozen)
  • 400 ml soy yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup

Remove the pit of the avocado, remove the peel and cut in pieces. Put everything in a blender and blend till it’s creamy and smooth.
