Avocado spinach with soybeans smoothieThe Avocado spinach with soybeans smoothie is a beautiful, little bit thick, green smoothie, ideal to drink after sport or as a snack drink. Spinach is filled with vitamin K and A, calcium, iron and it is anti-inflammatory. The soybeans gives you the extra protein after a hard workout. The avocado gives you fibers, vitamins K, C, B5, B6, E and a little amounts of Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1, B2 and B3.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams baby spinach
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 grams fresh soybeans
  • 300 ml fresh orange juice
  • 200 ml water
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice

How to…

First put the orange juice and water in the blender, ad the baby spinach, apple, avocado, fresh soybeans and the allspice and blend for about one minute till it is a smooth liquid.
