  • 100 gram beetroot (boiled)
  • 1 apple
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 handfuls of chopped parsley
  • 150 ml water

Remove core of the apple and put everything in a blender and blend for at least 2 minutes and your beetroot cucumber smoothie is ready!
