  • 250 grams blueberries (frozen)
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 30 grams coconut flakes
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 big handfull spinach

How to…

Soak the pitted dates and coconut flakes for about 10 minutes, remove from the water and put it in a blender. Add all ingredients to the dates and coconut flakes in the blender and blend for about two minutes till it is a smooth liquid.
