Ingredients

  • 100 grams baby spinach
  • 250 grams mango (frozen)
  • 200 ml fresh orange juice
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed

How to…

First put the orange juice and coconut milk in the blender, ad the baby spinach, hemp seeds and frozen mango pieces and blend for about one minute till it is a smooth liquid.
