Green smoothie with kale and spinachGreen smoothies are very healthy, they detox your body! This one is a combination of kale (rich in calcium) and spinach.

For about 3 serves


  • 1 green apple
  • 1 pear
  • ½ lime
  • 3 hands kale
  • 1 hand spinach
  • 2 oranges
  • 70 grams pineapple (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 250 ml water

How to…

Remove the core of the apple and pear, squeeze the oranges and the lime. Put everything in a blender with the pineapple, chia seeds and water. Blend till it’s a smooth liquid and add the kale and spinach and blend it again for 1 minute.
