- 100 grams oatmeal
- boiling water
- 750 ml cold water
Rinse 100 grams of oatmeal in cold water and cover the oatmeal with the boiling water and let it soak for about 20 minutes.
Drain and rinse the oatmeal in cold water and put it into a blender with the 750 ml cold water. Puree until smooth, sieve through a cheesecloth and push the milk out. Put it back into the blender (clean blender) and puree and sieve again, repeat it if you want a very smooth milk.
Keep the milk in the refrigerator in a closed bottle, it will be good for a few days. It’s normal that the milk will curdle, so stir the milk before you use it.
