Nectarine coconut smoothieThe nectarine coconut smoothie is a fresh and sweet smoothie. The nectarines are low in calories and are very healthy, rich of anti-oxidants, plant nutrients, minerals and vitamins.

For about 4-5 serves


  • 3 nectarines
  • 250 gram mango
  • 250 ml fresh orange juice
  • 300 ml coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed

How to…

First put the orange juice and coconut water into the blender, ad the mango and maca powder. Cut the nectarines in pieces around the pit and ad it with the other ingredients. Blend for about one minute till it is a smooth liquid.
