Pineberry juiceThis Pineberry smoothie is a beautiful light red smoothie with a sweet and sour taste with a lot of vitamin C. The pineapple gives you the vitamins A and C, a little calcium and iron. The strawberries gives you the vitamins A, C and K,  calcium, magnesium and some fiber.

For about 4-5 serves

Ingredients

  • 250 grams strawberries (frozen)
  • 200 grams pineapple
  • 300 ml fresh orange juice
  • 500 ml ice cold water
  • juice of 1 lime

How to…

First put the orange juice, water and lime juice into the blender, ad the frozen strawberries and pineapples pieces. Blend for about one minute till it is a smooth liquid.
