This Pineberry smoothie is a beautiful light red smoothie with a sweet and sour taste with a lot of vitamin C. The pineapple gives you the vitamins A and C, a little calcium and iron. The strawberries gives you the vitamins A, C and K, calcium, magnesium and some fiber.
For about 4-5 serves
- 250 grams strawberries (frozen)
- 200 grams pineapple
- 300 ml fresh orange juice
- 500 ml ice cold water
- juice of 1 lime
First put the orange juice, water and lime juice into the blender, ad the frozen strawberries and pineapples pieces. Blend for about one minute till it is a smooth liquid.
