  • 60 grams spring onion
  • 1 small chilli
  • 1 avocado
  • 250 ml tomato juice
  • some chopped coriander garnish (optional)

How to…

Clean the spring onions, remove the seeds of the chilli and cut them in pieces. Remove the pit of the avocado, remove the peel and cut in pieces. Put everything in a blender and blend till it’s creamy and smooth.
