A delicious green spinach with grape smoothie, with the fresh taste of a little ginger and fresh mint. You can make this smoothie three to four hours in advance. Keep it covered in the fridge and stir the smoothie for use.
For about 4 serves
- 2 pears
- 150 grams spinach
- 200 ml soy yogurt
- 150 grams seedless white grapes
- Ginger (2×2 cm)
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
Remove the core of the pears, peel the ginger and cut them in pieces. Put the pear and ginger pieces with the soy yogurt and grapes in a blender and blend for about two minutes. Remove the mint leaves and put them with the spinach in the blender and blend for two minutes again till its a smooth liquid.
