Spinach with grape smoothieA delicious green spinach with grape smoothie, with the fresh taste of a little ginger and fresh mint. You can make this smoothie three to four hours in advance. Keep it covered in the fridge and stir the smoothie for use.

For about 4 serves


  • 2 pears
  • 150 grams spinach
  • 200 ml soy yogurt
  • 150 grams seedless white grapes
  • Ginger (2×2 cm)
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint

How to…

Remove the core of the pears, peel the ginger and cut them in pieces. Put the pear and ginger pieces with the soy yogurt and grapes in a blender and blend for about two minutes. Remove the mint leaves and put them with the spinach in the blender and blend for two minutes again till its a smooth liquid.
