The pineapple gives you the vitamins A and C, a little calcium and iron. The strawberries gives you the vitamins A, C and K, calcium, magnesium and some fiber.

- 250 grams pineapple
- 200 grams strawberries
- 200 ml soy yogurt
- 100 ml cranberry juice
How to…
First put the yogurt and cranberry juice in the blender, ad the pineapple and strawberry pieces. Blend for about one minute till it is a smooth liquid.
