  • 2 carrots
  • 1 mango
  • 1 orange
  • juice of two grapefruits
  • 125 grams soy yogurt
  • ginger (1×1 cm)

How to…

Peel the carrots, orange and mango and cut them in pieces. Put everything in a blender and blend for about two minutes till it is a smooth liquid.
