Carrots contains vitamin A and can give you a better skin, the pinapple contains vitamins A and C, fiber and calcium.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams cooked beetroot
  • 250 grams pineapple
  • 200 grams carrots
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 handful basil

How to…

First put water in the blender, cut the carrots, beetroot into pieces and ad it with the water in your blender. Blend for about one minute till it is a smooth liquid.
